This week's mix features three versions of R.E.M.'s "Gardening At Night", but not the original which was on their EP Chronic Town. In that, Michael Stipe's vocals are buried in the mix. The version that appeared on their late 80s greatest hits called Eponymous had a different vocal mix that pushed his singing more to the front. In addition to that version, I have a slower take and an acoustic take.
Also featured on here is Nick Drake's "Parasite" which was covered by Beck with a fuller band backing him.
